Bioremediation Solutions/Products

Summary of In-Situ Bioremediation Solutions
Offering Anaerobic and Aerobic In-Situ Bioremediation Solutions
Terra Systems develops cutting edge biological based solutions to solve complex remediation problems backed by a strong Research & Development program and state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. We develop, produce and distribute value-added products that are well beyond the capabilities of the toll producers used by other suppliers. Our long lasting emulsified vegetable oil products (SRS® Family), our quick release lactate products (QRS™ Family) and our TSI DC® Bioaugmentation Culture have assisted site remediation companies with green remediation alternatives for over 20 years.

PRODUCTS FOR CHLORINATED SOLVENTS (PCE, TCE), METALS (CR6+) AND FREON 113.
Patented Family of SRS® Emuslified Vegatable Oil (EVO) Slow Release Substrates
Our patented SRS® Family of emulsified vegetable oil substrates begins with a set of common building blocks, which include:
• A slow release carbon source of vegetable oil (U.S. grown soybeans)
• A fast release carbon source of at least 4% lactate.
• A proprietary nutrient package with yeast extracts, nitrogen and phosphorus to support growth of the anaerobic microbial
population
• A proprietary emulsifier package, which is customized by product
• At least 250 µg/L B12, which He et al. 2007 demonstrated is an important micronutrient to enhance dechlorination activity.
